I understand that trunks are not monitored as direct connections in UDT. However if you have vmguests presented to the physical network via a trunk port this means you can only see it as an indirect connection.
I think there would be value in allowing UDT to treat trunks to VMhosts as direct connections so that you can see what part of a network the guest is presented to and if it moved. This would be especially valuable in environments where monitoring of the vcentre estate is not possible in Solarwinds
