Web Access Is Blank

I installed the trial of syslog server to check out the web access portion.  Everything installed fine without issue.  I pointed my firewall at the syslog server and it received the syslogs, no problem.  But when I go to the website, no logs show up.  It says no events found.  It is set to use the default filter of All Events.  Any idea on the issue?

You may need to check that you have a "Log to Web Access" rule or action defined in your Kiwi Syslog Server setup.  The Kiwi Syslog Server installer has an option that should create this rule automatically, but if not, you may need to create one manually, as follows:

Filter
<filter criteria, if any>
Action
"Log to Web Access"
