Modify NCM Firmware Upgrade Operations to allow created upgrades to be edited, viewed, and reused.

I'd like to be able to open a completed NCM Firmware Upgrade Operation and see how it was built. I'd like to be able edit it for re-use.

And I'd like to be able to use the same Upgrade Operation for other nodes that are the same model/brand/version as the original node in the Upgrade Operation.

None of that's possible with NCM 7.7. Did it become possible with NCM 7.8?

If you'd like to be able to re-use a successful Upgrade Operation simply by choosing one that worked in the past, and be able to edit it to be used on multiple nodes in the future, please vote this one up!
