Be able to upload custom tab icons

When creating a view and adding tabs to it, it would be awesome if you could upload your own custom icon. The default icons are nice, but there's just not that many.

<Installation directory>\InetPub\SolarWinds\Orion\images\SubViewIcons, try placing a <custom>.png file under this directory and check for the same
