License window not showing up

I used the 9.1 evaluation version of the toolset for about a week and removed it to install the 8.0 edition (which I do have a license for). However, every time I run a tool it keeps asking be to either buy or continue with demo. How do I bring up the license window so I can enter my keys?

You will need to uninstall from the add remove programs the Toolset version currently
on the computer. Then go to the directory and delete the folder usually found
here: C:\program files\solarwinds\Engineer's Toolset

or Engineer Edition if v8

Then reboot and then begin your new install of the licensed copy.
