add filter on "Greatest upward wait time trends (%)" chart and "Instances with highest wait time (days)" chart

We use DPA monitoring SQL servers, including DEV, Test, and Production servers.

For above 2 charts, we only want to see the trending for Top 5 Production Servers.

I suggest to add a function to let customer to choose what servers can be monitored by these 2 charts.
