FR - NPM Discovery - exclude and/or regex matching

It would be very useful to be able to exclude ranges, subnets, specific IPs in each subnet.

I.E. every class C has 250-254 reserved for networking gear.

if that gear gets polled on every class C, the device that services many subnets will show up as ICMP devices several times over with the separate IPs. (6500 w/ a bunch of VLANs, its interfaces/VIP being default GW)

Regex would be cool for this as well; or maybe some and/or action.
