Share Filters, Searches and Widgets

I would like to have the ability to share Filters, Searches and Widgets in the WebUI for LEM. Currently I can only export/import Filters and Searches which is clunky and time consuming.

Some mechanism where you can flag them as "public or shared" and then allow users to go browse and use the ones that have been flagged as such seems like a good way to implement this.

With the new release of SEM 2020.4 made yesterday, I see it is still not possible to have a centralised repository of saved searches.

Mockup example, which would then be included within the name of the saved search in your library list, so you can see what is private and public searches.

Still having to share such functionality around via IM or emails to allow users to have useful searches in their save list is cumbersome
