Kiwi Syslog currently only supports SNMPv1 and SNMPv2 Traps.

NPM and NCM include a SNMP Trap reciver that supports SNMPv3 Traps, but the device must be managed in order to have the SNMPv3 credential information needed decode the encrypted Trap.
