I would like to see for those who have Centralized Server, somehow a splash screen created so we can give the user the IP address dedicated to our server and it allows them to enter the support key, rather than having to enter the entire link. This page could initiate the dameware mini remote control on the user PC and allow the technician to connect. This function would be similar to www.logmein123.com for those who want to see what I am talking about.
