Printer management database

if possible could a printer management database/solution be looked at. It could incorporate info from ad, server info through app sight, the solarwinds ip & DNS database, or static manual entries. We have a duplication at the moment where we have a info in windows and static spreadsheets or databases. But if it could be done in solarwinds then it could be more dynamic and give the ability to add manual entries
