NPM Network Discovery: move between pages

Rather than clicking the back or next button many times to get through the Network Sonar Wizard pages, simply enable these as links so you can click on them and jump to each page in the wizard.  This allows small changes to a discovery to be much quicker especially when you want to change a small detail across all discoveries.

I've wished many times for this functionality.  It's present in some areas of Solarwinds, but not all.

When I'm in this area, I usually want to discover the same thing, and NOT discover the same things.  For example, I'm going through a forklift upgrade of switches right now, and the new switches will receive the same names and management IP addresses used by the old switches.  Since NPM isn't smart enough to figure out all the interface and internal hardware changes (despite its option to Rediscover), I have to delete the old nodes, then add the new ones back in.

For this repetitive process, I have no need to do anything more than select the polling engine and paste in a list of IP addresses and click Discover.  There's no need to:

• Make any changes for Agents
• Poll for VMware (which is enabled by default--I wish it weren't!  I have to uncheck it every time)
• Do anything different for Config Mgmt
• Use all of the snmp credentials.  I can't even remove the old/unused ones--it causes errors.  I'd like to just use the same string over and over, without having to delete dozens of old strings just to get the correct string selected.
• Use any Windows Credentials
• Manually set up monitoring after discovery.  This feature is actually broken in my environment, and I'm am forced to choose the second option "Automatically Monitor . . ."
• Modify Discovery timeouts

This repetitive task could be streamlined and made easier and more reliable.
