Seems to me like SolarWinds Alert integration doesn't work with SNOW London Version

Question1 : We want to upgrade our Service Now to London version and we found out that London version does not support SolarWinds integration, can you please confirm if that is true ? Yes it is true, Service Now London version does not support SolarWinds integration

Question2: We have 2 more version after Service Now Istanbul which is Service Now Jakarta and Service Now Kingston, can you please confirm with which Service Now Version will the integration work fine ? Yes, It requires NPM 12.0, SAM 6.3, or any other Orion* platform SolarWinds product running core 2016.1 or later.

Will SolarWinds integration work fine with Service Now Istanbul ? Yes

Will SolarWinds integration work fine with Service Now Jakarta ? Yes

Will SolarWinds integration work fine with Service Now Kingston? Yes
