Getting speed/duplex information using UDT.

We currently collect duplex information. You can see this by expanding a node in the ALl UDT Nodes resource and hover over one of the ports. Or, you can click a port and see the duplex information on the Port Details page.

We don't currently collect speed, but NPM does this and it is something we are considering in the future.
