When several dataowners are set for a ressource, each dataowner receives the information for permission-request or recertification as intended.
If the request or recertification for a ressource has already been approved by another dataowner, there should be some sort of additional information that no open tasks are present.
In the current situation, each dataowner checks for requests or recertification and does not see anything to approve or recertificate.
Message should be shown in webinterface, so the dataowner can logout instead of searching for open tasks.
