For Windows service monitors, collect the startup type. This value should be available for reporting and alert triggers (where "startup type" is not equal to "automatic").

How is this still not happening even in the latest version? It's been 4 years since your feature request. Unfortunately, they're still making us deal with Powershell, SQL.
