Monitor Azure SQL Database

Microsoft's Azure cloud has Azure SQL Database, their DBaaS (Database as a Service) offering. It would be great if DPA supported Azure SQL DB monitoring.

Azure Cloud is gathered momentum .

it would be great if there will a completion to MS Scom for SQL Monitoring.

This is the first thing in a while that has made SCOM seem to have any real chance of hanging on in my operation..... Azure monitoring. Just when I think we finally are able to make a full transition to Orion from SCOM it finds a way to hook into me again. Come on SolarWinds, help me get SCOM off my plate

Agreed, looking at a project monitoring solution using SQL Azure services and it would be excellent to use DPA monitoring.

We will be making the move to DBaaS as well, I really don't want to start looking for another solution. This would be a fantastic add.
