Remove 'Manage Domain Controllers' from non-admins in UDT

Please provide the ability to limit access to the 'Manage Domain Controllers' functionality in the UDT User Login resources.

Currently, all users, regardless of their web console rights, have full access. It would be nice to have these resources provided in a 'read-only' manner as well.
