Similar to LEMs respond feature I would like to see the same functionality within Orion Alerts so that any available action can be manually triggered for a given alert.

Upvoted, would like to be able to trigger a manual action (script etc...) directly from Alert view, as for some kind of specific alerts, we don't want to automatically trigger an action (ie create a ticket in our ITSM tool), but we want to let the possibility to our NOC to decide if an alert need a ticket creation or not.
Upvoted, we have the requirement where a manual action is required by the help desk to manually create ServiceNow incidents and this would help
