Additional requests: * Allow the Custom Fields created to follow the template inheritance instead of per application assigned. * Add schema to allow these custom fields to be used in the alert engine without custom SQL queries. (Resolved, local schema was corrupted)

What do you mean exactly by your 2nd point? You want the ability to use application custom properties without custom SQL queries for trigger conditions or as alert macros?
