Improve Process for Adding Nodes to NCM

Unfortunately, many times when a feature is moved to the WebUI instead of the software console, my job gets harder and it takes longer to complete basic tasks. Now that I can only add nodes to NCM via the WebUI, the process is much more time consuming. Here are my suggestions:

- Create an option to add a node directly into NCM without having to re-add the node into NPM. I shouldn't have to go through the discovery process just to add a node into NCM that already exists in NPM.

- Add this same option within the NCM console so that I can simply input the IP address and begin the process.

You don't have to re-add the node into NPM to get the 'Add to NCM' option.

Just go into Settings, NCM Settings and select Add or Manage Nodes.

Then sort the 'Licensed by NCM' colum so you can see all the devices that say No. Then tick that device and click on Add Nodes to NCM button.

Even though this workaround does indeed work, it's counter-intuitive.

It would be more logical to add a box on the device page in NPM to add the node to or remove the node from NCM

And similarly within NCM to add or remove from NPM.

Better yet, have a single device management interface with columns for the various plugins. and whether the device is monitored by that plugin.

I'm sure there's much lower level code to update - like VNQM, which has its own credential table.

I have NCM 7.3, but I don't have the button to "Add to NCM" it looks like the NPM node screen.

Yes now when you click on Add or Manage Nodes it just goes into NPM Manage Nodes which makes the whole process a lot harder. Now I can't just add 3 devices quickly into NCM. I have to find and select them, then Edit Properties, tick the Add to NCM, fill out details and submit.

Old way was loads better. Could you please add in Add to NCM again. Leave manage nodes in NPM as it is so the option is there to add a node into NCM. But when click on Add or Manage Nodes in NCM, it should talk me to the place like my image above.
