I have various UPS devices located all over the world and would love to have the same visibility into their status as you provide for the APC devices. Currently, we have many Phoenixtec Power Company XPPC devices that I have created a Universal Poller for and it pulls most of the same information that the APC Universal Poller did. I have even modified the APC Power Control app in SAM and created the same thing for my PPC devices. However, it is not built-in like it should be. It would seem that SolarWinds could fairly easily create a pull down that replaces the root OID in the MIB requests used to pull the required info for each of the OEMs of the UPS devices. Especially since most RFC 1628 compliant and provide mostly the same info with the same MIBs where only the core number has changed.
I have entered a similar request for NPM for the WIDGET or dashboard or in general a UPS panel that has a similar pulldown to show all of the applicable MIBS for that device.
