"File Content" Component Monitor for SAM

Some applications (SolarWinds in this number) uses flat files as destination of logs rather than Windows Events engine.

Please add to SolarWinds Component Monitor to search files for entries newer than last check matching to the regexp.

For example in SAM's template for monitoring Orion itself I would like to check AlertingService.V2.log for Warnings and Errors.

It would be great to use regexp substitution so I can get some part of an entry to the Compoment Value, let's say I have query execution time in the log entry so I would be happy to trace this value as value of Component Monitor.
