Help monitoring a directory

I'm trying to find a way to monitor a directory for any files older than 5 minutes.  We place files out in this particular directory and a sweeper process comes through and cleans them every 2 minutes, so I'd like to know if that sweeper is not working by monitoring the file age on all files in the directory at any given time.  The tough part is that the files are all unique names based on time/date.  Any suggestions?

Here's something I cobbled together to monitor a folder for the existence of a file older than xx minutes.

There are 3 arguments you pass to this script.

Arg0 = ServerName or ${IP}

Arg1 = "Path" 

Arg2 - Time Threshold in minutes

So the Script Argument would look like :  mycomputername "\d$\mypath" 20   or    ${IP} "\d$\mypath" 20

Since APM can only accept 1 message and 1 stat result, this script stops at the first file that exceeds your Time Threshold.
