Import for Microsoft's Azure Public IP Address Listing (Azure)

Microsoft updates its IP address listing for Azure public IPs and posts the files for download every month. Microsoft is moving from an XML-formatted file (Download [Deprecating] Microsoft Azure Datacenter IP Ranges from Official Microsoft Download Center ) to a JSON file (Download Azure IP Ranges and Service Tags – Public Cloud from Official Microsoft Download Center).

It would be extremely helpful to be able to import this JSON for IP Address groups in Solarwinds NetFlow Traffic Analyzer instead of spending 2-3 hours each day formatting it for import into Solarwinds.
