Is there any reason why my web console screen looks like this after intstalling SAM 5.0? I have tried several browsers.

I can't say I've seen that before but I would recommend re-running the website portion of the configuration wizard to see if that resolves the issue. If not then the next step would probably be to delete the site in IIS, as well as removing the c:\inetpub\solarwinds directory entirely and re-running the configuration wizard again. If that fails to resolve the issue then please open a support case so we can troubleshoot this issue further.
