Customise Node Details Resource

It would be awesome if we could customize the Node Details Resource. I have quite a few single OIDs I can poll with Universal Device Poller and would love to be able to include them in the Node Details Resource. They provide info that it would be nice to have at a glance on all our MikroTik routers.

I'm not sure why the Resources don't seem to be editable, and there doesn't seem to be a way to create your own. Rather than just being able to add a single object, how about fully editable and customizable resources?
