If someone mutes an application monitor for anode and not the node itself, it can be very time consuming for someone else to find that the monitor is muted if you don't know about it. I would suggest on the Manage Nodes tab something to the effect of "One or more application monitors are muted" the same way that you put messages for warning or critical state.
