FEATURE REQUEST - NetFlow graphs show discrepancies between the SolarWinds server's time zone and the time zone of the device accessing the console.

Good morning, 

When attempting to configure the 'Time period' option with a custom range, the graph displays data based on the SolarWinds server’s time zone; however, the timestamps shown in the graph are based on the time zone of the device accessing the SolarWinds console.
