E-mail change report in scheduled discovery (bring back the feature that was in LanSurveyor that got dropped in NTM)

LanSurveyor had the ability to e-mail changes that occur to the network. "Threat list"

This way devices that are added to the network can be detected. Loved this automation in LanSurveyor and now it's gone...
