DHCP Scope Options - Import/Export Scope Options from other scopes

The ability to import/export scope options from other scopes. Select an Scope option on one DHCP Scope to apply to other selected scopes.

Lets say you have a change or configuration on one DHCP Scope that you have tested and found that it works. You could select that option and tell the system to push the change to selected or all other scopes.

Also... I find that customers are asking to take scopes and their options from competitive product and import them into IPAM so that they can switch to SolarWinds. Not having this feature is stopping sales of SolarWinds IPAM.

I think what is needed is for the DHCP Scopes to be Hierarchical and allow the common options to be defined at a higher level such as a domain and let them be inherited by subnets in the network.

This is how the BlueCat product handles DHCP Options.

DHCP options are defined at what is called a "VIEW" or "IP BLOCK" level and are inherited by all subnets below.

If desired a Inheritance flag is set to override to change the option at a lower subnet level.
