Ability to Stop Compliance Reports once started

Need to add some type of control to be able to stop Compliance Reports once you start them. We ran into a problem where numerous compliance reports were kicked off at the same time, which caused the Core Orion box to take up 98% CPU because of numerous compliance reports being ran at the same time.

Although it's not possible from the UI, you can stop the compliance report update by restarting the "NCM Caching Service" in Orion Service Manager.

We found that out, but being the caching service was taking 98% of the CPU, it was very hard to do that. When we tried to stop it, we had to wait over 2 hours. In order to get it stopped completely we had to stop all the job engines also. Which was a pain, so adding some way to stop it from the compliance report on the web interface would be a whole lot better.

Yes, i also would like to see this feature. as my server went almost 98 % CPU continuously. and i could not stop this.

for me restarting "NCM Caching Service" would need permission from my higher ups.

How can I stop the service in NCM 7.4?

When I open Orion Service Manager I do not see any services referencing "NCM" or "Cache". Same is true when I look at Windows services.

I am voting too,

this is totally ridicules, not able to stop this caching, same is running since 3 days, how can i stop it,
