Currently Serv-U has this capability. But instead of Modified Data. would it be possible to set Serv-U to look for Accessed Attribute instead of Modified/Created.
I would love it, should be easy to give us the option to change it in some configuration file.

When a user uploads a file that overrides an existing file it does not actually recreate the file and there for the created date is not updated.
So when we tried turning on the deletion of files that where over a year old on a windows machine, it started deleting files that was recently uploaded overriding old files the same name.
Being able to change what date it looks at would help solve this issue
