Would like to have icons that indicate if others have open a Node Details or Interface Details. Since we have geographically diverse staff and our customers have their own views this would be very insightful to know if others have are also on these nodes/interfaces. Zendesk has little icons that if you hover over lets you know who is on the ticket.
Also add an email, phone # &/or IM to the user account would enable us to click on this proposed icon to email, phone &/or IM the person to collaborate knowing you are both on the same node/interface.
