Additional Metrics for SAM Cloud Monitoring Dashboards

Some additional features we would like to see.

     - Service limit tracking / trending . (AWS Trusted Advisor report integration / feature parity)

     - Maintenance Events from Azure / AWS

     - Cost Metrics on what we are accruing

     - Certificates

     - LBs, RDS, LAMBDA, Dynamo etc.

Definitely need cost metrics. They're freely available, a couple of companies already provide that sort of dashboard for a charge (CloudAbility to name one). Why pay for it when we can just DYI it with access to pull those CloudWatch cost metrics.
