In the 2024.1.0 release, it was announced that Cloudgenix SD-WAN monitoring was available. We upgraded and discovered that some of the widgets that are shown in your demo site are not available to Solarwinds users. Here is what I found in our environment:
With the Cloudgenix appliances, the VPN connections, VPN Tunnels, and WAN Uplinks are not being displayed. When I select my Orchestrator in Orion, the WAN Uplinks widget appears, but there is not data populated into the widget. Also, the VPN tunnels and VPN connections do not appear.
My Cloudgenix environment is a mix of 3000 and 9000 ION's.
I opened a case and they have made development aware of this.
