User (with node management rights) can not change drop down selected custom properties

We have problem about manage custom property editor for drop down custom properties.

We have a user with node management rights. This user want to use custom property editor. User can not change drop down selected custom properties but he can change text format (not drop down selected)

Managing Custom Properties is Administration role - not Node managing, I think.

You can manage with manage nodes rights but can't manage drop down selected custom properties. You can test it.

Also this is not about manage custom property it is about manage custom property editor

You are correct. To add or remove the values from a specified Custom Property you need to have administration rights. I'd argue that your user should not be able to get to the custom properties editor either, since that should be an admin only area, due to the fact that any changes are global.

NPM rights need to be completely overhauled!!!

I would love to see something in Settings> Accounts> Network Performance Manager that's just as granular as Server & Application Monitor Settings and/or Network Configuration Manager Settings, heck event User Device Tracker Settings is more granular than Network Performance Monitor Settings!!!

In my option there should be a Orion settings with one set of rights then each plugin should have it's own set of rights.
