That would save screen scrolling and much time if SUBMIT & CANCEL buttons would appear at top of many dashboards, not only at the bottom. Sometimes I need to change 1 item but must scroll down the screen to find SUBMIT or CANCEL button to click. Mayby floating buttons would be better. See below examples:
Editing Node in NPM and changing IP I must scroll the screen with lot of other settings I don't want to change to find buttons rectangled in red. When there are many Custom Properties and Node is monitored with NCM then the whole dashboard height need more than 3 screens height. There is enough space at the right up corner to double SUBMIT | CANCEL buttons.
Another example:
Editing SAM application template with many components would be handy to have doubled necessary buttons SUBMIT | SAVE AND CONTINUE WORKING | CANCEL. Even floating set of these buttons would be more convenient - hanging up right corner.
