Pre-install step of downloading installers before the actual install

I love the new SolarWinds Orion Installer process for upgrading Orion. While upgrading my environment this morning I was waiting around while the Installation step took time to download all the needed software. Since all the services are shutdown while this happens this lengthens the overall downtime of Orion. (This is good for having time to check Thwack and create ideas, bad for data loss while the upgrade is happening.)

The feature I am requesting is to be able to have the wizard, or a separate wizard, do a pre-downtime step of downloading the software. Then when the wizard gets to the Installation step in then it can verify (double check) the latest files have been downloaded, and only download new installers if needed.

I just download the offline installer and copy it to the servers ahead of time. That way I'm not downloading files during my change window and outage time.

I also perform the offline installer. This helps avoid any issues with network access and disruptions.

Even more interesting now with the possibility to do all installation from web gui.

To be able to pre-download all installation files, both to core server and APE and AWS, would really save time and help minimize service window.
