Business Hours for reporting

It would be really cool if we could specify what hours to gather data from in web-based reports for table type reports.

Right now, our wan utilization graphs come out great- but we also include a table to show avg numbers for management. They dont like it when we recommend a circuit upgrade when the average utilization is 20% in the table.

Table created, but averages are 24/7.... not 9-5pm

Pretty Graphs- but can we get rid of the dots on the PDF creations?

Approved! Love this idea. We had the same exact issue reporting utilization to upper management. At the end we had to get our SQL guys involved and they generated a report for use which didn't please management, but was good enough for them to make it use of.

Hope this gains traction... you have my vote!

Thanks! Yeah, I was able to make something work with Report Writer- but lets retire that old clunky thing! Web based is soo much slicker- but less able.

Im hoping it will be a quick fix for the developers to put in time variables inside of table creations for data input.
