Ability to alert on path change in NetPath

We would like the ability to create an alert when an IP address or node name along a path in NetPath changes. This would allow us the ability to possibly correlate increased latency and packet loss alerts to path change alerts. Example: An MPLS provider has a router failure that causes traffic to fail over to a less than ideal path causing an increase in latency, and possibly packet loss.

Rather than being tied to a specific node in the transit, would it accomplish your goal if you could quantify route change along the entire path and correlate that to performance change?

Yes, that would also accomplish my goal.

Whilst you can monitor (and alert on) the status change based on performance you still can't report on path changes.

Yes, I'd still like to be able to alert on path changes. Being able to see that we are now routing through a different node in MPLS provider's network, and that path change happened at the same time as an increase in latency or packet loss, would be extremely helpful.
