one of our Solarwinds NPM have stopped working now and it is throwing me a licence related error. we found that web console was not opening and noticed all the related services automatically stopped. the event log says below error.
"Service Start Failure - Exception during Initialize Exception of type 'SolarWinds.Licensing.Framework.Store.LicenseStoreException' was thrown."
As per some KB from your support site, I downloaded the licence manager and checked. it is giving me an error, There is a problem with your licencing system"
I know that we haven't renewed the support contract, but the licence of the product is a perpetual one. Our management decision was to continue with current version (ie 10.1.2). Here we haven't tired any upgrade or server change, all of sudden this issue appeared.
As our license is perpetual, not sure why all of sudden this issue appeared. please help me to bring my NPM back to operational.
