FEATURE REQUEST - Sev-U Directory Access Rule for FileSharing feature

I have a domain which i am using only for FileSharing feature (http/s).

I created a Directory Rule to stop *.exe files from being uploaded but the rule is not taking effect.

please advise how to stop FileSharing users from uploading *.exe files.
