NPM - Allow other users to load saved PerfStack project

Perfstack is great, but there is a glaring problem: Perfstack projects cannot be loaded by other users.

If someone on my team sets up a perfstack project and saves it, that project is visible only to them. They can send a link to other users, but that is all.

Please allow perfstack projects to be loaded by other users. Please allow them to be edited and re-saved as well.
