More Detail for End of Sales and Support Dates and Info

Hello,

I am wondering how SW-NCM polls the information for specific devices on end of support \ end of life dates. We have primarily Cisco devices, some of the dates populate just fine. They are accurate with Cisco's site info as well... We seem to have found a few devices that state "suggested dates found" but do not populate an actual date. We also see "no suggestions" for certain devices. We have found devices that do have dates listed on Cisco's site, that are not populating in NCM. This is an excellent feature to have. We would like to see it enhanced with accuracy...
