I would love to have the ability to have ARM send an email regarding the completion of a given approved request to a custom email address. This would allow me to send an email to our Solarwinds ServiceDesk, for when a new user has been created, along with specific requests made by the user, like requesting hardware or software installations.
Overall, this would allow our PC Support and Lifecycle crew to know that when the approval has been complete, they'll know to act when the email arrives at the SW servicedesk (which is then converted into a ticket). The completed approval will display the desired request of the user (or on behalf of another user), which shows what the user wants for their approved request(s).
