I've got users who support apps who had been able to connect, and control, remote sessions suddenly have hit/miss control ability.
Since they are not domain Admins, we don't want to grant that access. Anyone else experience this lately? We've been using Dameware for a few years, and this is the first time this has happened to these folks. They can connect, but they can't control the session, thus making it very inefficient.
