In the all active alerts view I noticed that the severity of alert sorting goes straight from Critical to Information. Warning is missing... but wait...
Warning is right down the bottom, no matter what I do I cannot get Information - Warning - Critical in that order. Information always sits in the middle. That seems silly.
The workaround is to filter out the Information alerts all together. Surely an Information alert shouldn't be next to critical in terms of severity?
