Allow for custom labels on Custom Properties

Hello!

I use more "variable-like" or "field" names for custom properties because I am referencing them in many scripts. I.e.: HPSM_Application_CI_Assignemt_Group. It would be awesome if I could continue to use those names, but have a label I could add, for example "Application Team:" so that the friendly / pretty name was used in the Custom Asset Information table and elsewhere instead of the field name. Also, it would be great to be able to order them in the Custom Asset Information table (which could also be done via custom labels).
