It would be great to have a "notepad" resource right on a dashboard that can be updated and modified by all who view the dashboard.
I would envision a date and time stamped entry along with the account name of the poster. We would put things on it like:
2018/03/08 14:24 username1 - Alert is due to a temporary line outage. ETA for fix is 1 hour.
2018/03/07 04:20 username4 - Emergency maintenance on XYZ component.
2018/03/05 11:46 username2 - I'm working on determining the cause of the ABC outage.
It puts this information right alongside of the alarms in dashboard so our service center can all see if anything is being done regarding the issue.
Perhaps something like this is already out there and I'm missing it.
